We had a great time here! The location was perfect, just a few minutes from major attractions and a stone's throw from public transport. Our room was tidy and spacious, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff couldn't have been more helpful - they responded promptly to all of our requests and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices and was delicious.

The customer service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff who provided tips and checked on my wellbeing. They even stored my luggage after check-out. The rooms were clean, neat, and surprisingly quiet. The bed was comfortable and the amenities in the bathroom were modern and functional. The location was really great, conveniently situated close to public transportation.

The isolation of the room could have been better, as there was cold air coming from a window that didn't completely close. This led to me having to use the A/C more, which was like a waste of energy.

The hotel is located in a convenient area close to Earl's Court station and many restaurants, fast food joints and supermarkets. It's easy to pick up any necessity on the way. The soundproofing is pretty good but still, you can hear someone immediately next to you. Amenities like fridge, safe, coffee/tea making area, hairdryer, cable tv and sewing kit are provided.

The hot food at breakfast is not that great compared to the plenty of fruits.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - just a short walk away from the nearest subway station on the District Line from Victoria station. It was also within walking distance to the museums. The hotel facilities werevery comfy and tidy. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. we would highly recommend this hotel.
